french ~~ chic planning

I was trawling around on Amazon yesterday and look what I found:

Parisian Chic Weekly Planner 2013 (Calendar)

It’s a 2013 Planner by Ines de la Fressange.   As described on Amazon:

“Ines de la Fressange shares fifty-two new secrets in this elegant and humorous weekly planner that is the chicest way to organize your schedule in style. Following up on the success of their New York Times best seller Parisian Chic: A Style Guide by Ines de la Fressange, the same author duo has teamed up to write a year’s worth of weekly fashion tips in this new daily planner. Ines de la Fressange shares fresh style and beauty tips, as well as her light-hearted guidelines for enjoying life to the fullest. From January through December, she offers specific pointers on how to dress like a Parisian—including everything from how to add pizzazz to a simple jeans-and-t-shirt uniform to what to wear on New Year’s Eve—and no-nonsense do’s and don’ts that will have you smiling and looking your best throughout the year. This weekly planner is an elegant accessory in itself, featuring a deep red faux leather cover with gold foil stamp, rounded edges, a ribbon page marker for easy place holding, creamy offset aquarelle paper, four-color printing, charming drawings by Ines, and an address book. This is the must-have engagement calendar for any woman who wants to add a touch of Paris to her handbag and to stay on top of her oh-so-chic lifestyle.”

Oui!  Bien sur…it has been ordered.

Here is to a CHIC 2013!!

    • Isn’t she beautiful? She wrote a book on style about a year ago that looks very similar to this 2013 Agenda Planner (same type cover)–it was very enjoyable.

    • My people will try to contact her people and see what we can work out. Don’t get your hopes up though. I hear since her forced “retirement” she is becoming a little more difficult to work with—Diet Cokes don’t cut it anymore.

  1. The thought of this …. I really like – wonder if they send to Sweden, have to check it out – pity that there was no inside look on this one.
It’s not only to be chic as a french woman … have to have the looks, small and tiny too. *smile – very diffecult to look french chic when being tall slightly overweight and have big feets *laughing.

    • True…I remember about 3 days into our trip to Paris realizing that I was often the tallest person (besides my husband)…on the subway, in a store, on the sidewalk. Face it…we had no choice in our size since we started off as big babies too. : )

      • I know they are so chic … and tiny – small feets and they always match their underwear with the clothing they are wearing – as you so say not easy for big babies to be french chic *smile

    • I did buy it on a whim…was a little frustrated by the lack of pictures of the inside. I am really picky about my planners and their “set up”. This one is going to be my desk calendar.
